Consider how often and how much alcohol is consumed in your home. Consider ways to reduce these - here are some options:

  • Increase the number of alcohol-free days
  • Introduce or increase the number of alcohol-free celebrations
  • Change to lower strength products
  • Always provide alcohol-free options when offering drinks - try offering these first.
