Working with others in a collaborative way has lots of benefits. It can assist with ensuring that your action is effective, help to gain (and maintain) commitment beyond the initial action, share the load and is heaps more fun.
It does mean that some leadership, co-ordination and relationship management is needed. It also requires effective advocacy.
